1. These were for testing and I don’t really recommend using them in practice.
2. Looks like _hp2000_clean is what we used for the HCP since it is run after FIX. It could be MSMAll_hp2000_clean if MSMAll was used. Matt. Questions 1. Where to find the --wm and –csf values? Where are the “FreeSurfer Label Config Files”? Are they the files (FreeSurferCSFRegLut.txt and FreeSurferWMReg.Lut.txt) found in global/config? 2. How to set --output-proc-string? The code makes it seem that RestingStateStats.sh might be called BEFORE MSMALL rather than after. If RestingStateStats.sh is called last, does this argument matter? Thanks very much. -Christina Fales _______________________________________________ HCP-Users mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users The information contained in this electronic e-mail transmission and any attachments are intended only for the use of the individual or entity to whom or to which it is addressed, and may contain information that is privileged, confidential and exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
