Hi HCP experts I'm running the HCP Pipeline ICAFIX. The output of melodic, file "melodic_mix" contains all numbers in hex format. This causes trouble in the subsequent steps.
According to the FSL mailing list this problem can be solved by updating FSL. However you advice to use FSL 5.0.6. When installing latest FSL (5.0.11) melodic gives a correct output. Is it save to run all pipelines with FSL 5.0.11 ?
