1. The translations are in mm.  I don’t recall off the top of head whether the 
rotations are in degrees or rotations, but I believe that is documented in the 
release manual. (Or check the HCP Pipeline code).



2. RMS is based on a combination of both the translations and rotations.

I have several questions about the motion metrics generated by the minimal 
preprocessing pipeline.

For the file Movement_RelativeRMS_mean.txt:

1) what's the unit of the number in it?

2) How was the number calculated? Does the RMS include only the 3 translations 
or all the 3 translations and the 3 rotations?

3) Is the mean taken along the temporal dimension?
