Cyril,
   AFAIK the express edition does not integrate with Intel Fortran. I use the 
the professional version of VS2008 with Intel Fortran 10 and 11 in testing the 
HDF library. If you can identify where and what I can add to the CMake files to 
use the express edition with Intel Fortran, we would appreciate your help.
