Thanks Mike I am using High Performance Cluster machine having 8GB Memory, So I wonder why this error is appearing. The system is 64bit. Any suggestions from the HDF5 community. I need to build netcdf with hdf5 support but I am not able to do so as hdf5 is still not passed.
