The current trunk and append-branch are not stable. All unit tests are passed
except for TestFiDataTransferProtocol which was caused by HDFS-565.
Occasionally TestAppend2 (caused by HDFS-565), TestBackupNode(HDFS-192),
TestBlocksWithNotEnoughRacks (HDFS-586) fail.
