The failure of {{TestAddStripedBlocks}} is because we recently changed
{{INodeFile#isStriped}} based on its striped block feature, instead of checking
its storage policy. This causes problem when loading editlog since we call
{{INodeFile#isStriped}} to see if we need to add the striped block feature to
the file. The fix is to call {{FSDirectory#getECZone}}.
I will check other test failures later.
