Looks like the trunk code is different. The third constructor has this copy
maybe cause it tries to set the GS. Also the {{BlockToMarkCorrupt}} in trunk
only stores the BlockInfo object (instead of Block) thus does not have our
issue (i.e., does not need to make a copy unless it needs to set a different
GS).
