bq.ECSchemaManager should load defaults from xml right
I thought it may benefit if we do so loading system default schema from
configuration, thus any customer can have the good chance to define their own
SYSTEM DEFAULT SCHEMAs. Can I open a follow up issue to address this? Or wait
to see any more thoughts about this?
