Thanks for the discussion. I agree with [~vinayrpet] that cellSize in
{{DFSStripedInputStream}} should also be final as it is in
{{DFSStripedOutputStream}}. If we have existing codes like {{setCellSize}}
please refactor and remove them. Thanks.
