Thanks Yi for the update! The patch LGTM. The only concern is that the timeout
mechanism is unfair (later reads actually get more time to finish). But I plan
to do some more consolidation after HDFS-7678 is finalized and will take care
of this part.
So +1 on the latest patch. Great work and thanks for the contribution! Also
thanks Bo and Kai for reviewing.
