Haohui, all we're asking here is a little more care when reviewing and
committing these. This patch got a -1 from Jenkins because of the failed
unittests, and was committed despite that. It also broke branch-2 compilation
because of some merge issue. If branch-2 required non-trivial fixups it
probably should have gone up as a separate patch with another Jenkins run to
verify.
