1. Ok. fine
2. New tests are added for full success and volume errors. Please refer
{{TestSpaceReservation#testTmpSpaceReserve()}}
3. it is to be used in tests for verification for recent reserved space for
last call to assert the actual block length instead of default block size.
4. Yes, based on the code flow, block finalization is happening for
re-replicated block also
