It's also probably worthwhile noting that this is the only cmake file that I'm
aware of that needs openssl but can't find it. libhadoop.so and pipes both can
find it. pipes suffers from the same configuration issue where users who set a
different location fail. (But see HADOOP-12518 which tries to fix it.)
