Thanks Jing. +1 on v10 patch. Good simplification to remove the {{checkOnly}}
flag. Also thank you for pointing out the {{UPDATE_LENGTH}} flag. I agree if we
don't have the correct visible length, need to handle partial blocks specially
in safe length.
