I'm +1 for hard-coding the year because Xiao's concern is big.
I thought that we can set the year dynamically by showing the year when the
source code is built. However, it is not a good idea because if you get a
source code released in 2016 and built it in 2017, the UI shows 2017. It is
confusing.
By the way, can we add a parameter and use this value instead of changing 5
files every year?
