Thanks [~wheat9], [~drankye] for the comments, and [~vinayrpet] for the new
patch!
So the consensus here is that we can have the displayed year on the UI to be
the software's build year, and if someone build a version released in 2016
today, the UI showing 2017 is acceptable, am I right?
