Thanks [~kihwal] for the catch. I am not quite sure I understand why the
current unit tests are actually passing. It seems as though both
testUpgradeFrom22via26FixesStorageIDs and testUpgradeFrom22FixesStorageIDs
should be failing with the current trunk. Investigating this.
