Thanks Walter, good point that the safe length will change after the TODOs of
HDFS-9173. Meanwhile I also like the idea of adding randomness to the internal
block lengths in this patch. So I think we should test the {{safeLengh}} logic
and the main lease recovery logic separately.
# Still use a few hard-coded length combinations in {{testSafeLength}}.
# Use {{getBlockLengthsSuite}} and {{computeSafeLen}} in the rest of
{{TestLeaseRecoveryStriped}}
Thoughts?
