Thanks [~cmccabe] for making this jira active. Actually we have pushed the
logging changes as part of the sub-task HDFS-7819. Sorry for the confusion with
the attached patch in this jira. Now, the pending case is about the corrective
actions

some time earlier in this jira. But the automatic way of fixing is not decided
yet.
