I've just skimmed over this quickly (I'm going to go through in more detail in
the next day or so). I think it'd be a good idea to have an explicit constant
in libhdfs++ for the timeout error code so we don't have a mix of libhdfs
constants and std::errc values. I'm in the process of finishing up HA namenode
work and one of the things I'd like to support from the start is faster
failover on connection timeouts using the
"dfs.client.failover.connection.retries.on.timeouts" parameter. Please let me
know if I'm missing something simple here.
