It would be good to expose the BR size in datanode metrics, so it would be
possible for users to monitor the size (vs protobuf limit), build some alerts
when it exceed a threshold. It is really annoying when DN failed to send BR
when it gets too big, and it's hard to figure out why. Add it on UI is also
good, but need to think how to display it, e.g
