It looks great to move some long-term tasks out of this follow-on umbrella, so
to clean up and get this done/resolved in reasonable time, along with the 3.0
release process. Additionally, I'm not sure we do strongly need a new umbrella
to cover all the left and new EC related features/issues. Note when some guy
reports new issues related to EC, he/she may not expect a parent issue to hold
it, which sounds a reasonable practice considering EC has already been out in
the alpha1 release. So my point is, we may rely on a new umbrella to manage EC
issues but also need to take care of some ones not listed in the parent.
