I like this new rev, some nits:
* Can we add spaces between the entries in the list of active policies? Looks a
bit cramped right now.
* For the total size and cell size, I think we should use {{fmt_bytes}} like
the other byte numbers on dfshealth.html.
Should we leave per-policy statistics as an enhancement for later? I think this
is okay since most of the time we'll only have one EC policy in use on a
cluster.
