Thanks [~msingh] for working on this. The current implementation assumes only
the volume owner can pass the checkVolumeAccess. As documented in the KSM spec,
this was only an implementation that was used for testing purpose. "We need to
support the full ACL set that is specified in the rest protocol. The entities
supported are user, group and world."
