{{DatanodeAdminManager}} sounds good to me. This goes well with the related
class {{DatanodeAdminProperties}} which is used for handling all DataNode admin
related configurations like decommission/maintenance/upgrade-domain. Attached
v01 patch DecommissionManager and their callers refactored. Can you please take
a look?
