Thanks [~cheersyang] for putting up the doc, I really appreciate it! Ping
[~anu] who I think is also working on writing up some design doc for
versioning. Anu do you want to share it with Weiwei? I will look into both docs
in more detail also for sure and come back if got any feedbacks.
