Thanks [~anu], the patch looks good to me. I just have a question that probably
not directly related to this patch. Is each node state exclusive? For example,
if a node is HEALTHY, can it be also RAFT_MEMBER? Another minor comment,
{{TestQueryNode}} do we have to restart 2 dns at the end of the test?
