In HDFS-12469 I plan to move out the Configuration part from the GettingStarted
guide to a separated page. Currently it contains only the most critical
configuration but we can add this information to there (after HDFS-12469 will
be resolved) and a few other information about the possible configuration.
(Additionall to the OzoneCommandShell.md)
