I think we should have following additional improvements
1) Declare DFSUtilClient to be {{InterfaceAudience}} Private or LimitedPrivate.
2) Update documentation to add '-journalnodes' to the getconf options.
These can be done in follow up jiras.
+1 for the patch. I will commit it shortly. Please also update the release
notes in this jira with the usage of this new getconf option.
