Release Note:
HDFS Router-Based Federation adds a routing layer to provide a federated view
of multiple namespaces.
Users can interact with this new Router as it was a regular Namenode to access
the federated view.
It uses a mount table to decide which folders are mounted in which namespace
(similar to ViewFs).
See the HDFS Router-Based Federation documentation for more details on how to
set it up.
