[~ljain], Thanks for taking care of this. Some very minor comments.
* Can we please move the changes in initializeContainerMaps to a different
function?
if you want you can still call them via initializeContainerMaps.
* pipeline.jkava: ignorableFieldNames, can we please make sure that this indeed
does ignore these field names. Also, it would be nice to make sure that list
container JSON does not change before and after this patch.
* Thanks for adding the TestContainerStateManager.
