Thanks [~shahrs87] for looking the patch and giving me suggesstions.
I think that its failing there since user is not allowed to {{getMetadata}} via
{{READ}} acls. Exception is {{AuthorizationException}} if user is not allowed
to {{READ}}.{{GENERATE_EEK}} will not return
{{AuthorizationException}}.{{AuthorizationException}} class does not provide
the stack trace for security purposes.

Thanks [~shahrs87] for giving me suggesstions. I have removed dozens of lines
of code from Test class.
