I add a separate hdfs-site.xml to hadoop-hdfs-rbf, like what hadoop-hdfs-httfs
does.
Upload a new patch [^HDFS-13215.007.patch]. I move webapps to hadoop-hdfs-rbf,
and verified it in a dev env, looks ok.
