Have committed this to trunk, branch-3.1 and branch-3.0. I attached the patch
for branch-2. There are three additional changes for branch-2 and branch-2.9:
* Fix compile error reported in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-13347?focusedCommentId=16423511&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#comment-16423511.
* Adjust the interface for NamenodeProtocol#getBlocks.
* Fix conflicts when merging to branch-2.
[~elgoiri], I think it would be better to let you have a quick check. If it
looks good to you, please go ahead and do the remaining commits for branch-2
and branch-2.9.
