Thanks [~elgoiri] for the hard work to put this together.
I have only 2 NITs:
* Please add a System out as "List of Disabled NameSpaces:" in
{{RouterAdmin#getDisabledNamespaces}}
* {{FederationProtocol#DisableNamespaceResponseProto}} and
{{EnableNamespaceResponseProto}}, I would call their field response instead of
status.
