* I added the list text when listing the disabled nameservices
* I will leave status instead of response for consistency with the other PB
messages
* I changed the nameservice cmd to do enable/disable but left it different for
getting it as they require different number of parameters
While doing the latest change, I realized that the naming wasn't very
consistent so I moved the whole interface from namespace to name service.
