Freon and most of the unit tests have been working fine so far with 002 patch.
Still some unit tests, SQLCli/SCMCli and BlockDeletion service to validate and
test.
Post a patch for early review, changes included in this patch:
# change to use long for container ID and local ID within the container (for
block).
# Decouple container from pipeline object.
# Remove block db from SCM.
