I've created a Fix Version for these tasks called "HA Branch (HDFS-1623)".
I also added a CHANGES.HDFS-1623.txt file to the {{hdfs/}} directory in the
branch. When you commit things to the branch, please add them there rather than
the main CHANGES.txt - this makes the merge work a lot easier!
