bq. I've created a Fix Version for these tasks called "HA Branch (HDFS-1623)".I
also added a CHANGES.HDFS-1623.txt file to the hdfs/ directory in the branch.
When you commit things to the branch, please add them there rather than the
main CHANGES.txt - this makes the merge work a lot easier!
