Thanks for reporting and looking into this [~adam.antal]. Improvements sound ok.
Because the added column will change the output format, we may leave it off by
default, and use an optional flag to turn this behavior on. I don't have
concerns on passing the refIdList object around - as long as it doesn't
significantly increase memory consumption I think it should be fine. :)
