Thank you for the arguments, and for further offline discussion, [~xiaochen].
It seems to be a practical feature for the users, and it can be done with no
side-effects on the existing processors, so I'll start working on it.
Also renamed the issue from "Allow Delimited PB OIV tool to print out
INodeReferences" to "Allow Delimited PB OIV tool to print out snapshots", since
not just the incorporation of the INodeReferences is the goal, but to give
information about the inodes in snapshots.
