You have two options to test:
1. Do a dist build and check the index.html under
hadoop-dist/target/ozone-0.2.1-SNAPSHOT/docs/index.html in a browser (you need
hugo on your path
2. Do a dist build and start a docker based pseudo cluster and click to the
documentation link at http://localhost:9876/
If you would like to fix something (feel free to update the patch and reupload)
you can test it with 'cd hadoop-ozone/docs && hugo serve' and check
http://localhost:1313
