Uploaded patch v4.
1. Ozone + HDFS page is updated with the latest information.
2. Some file names are fixed to follow the existing naming convention (Upper
case first letter)
3. Some links are fixed
4. Change blue menu items to as green as the ozone logo.
5. Metrics page is removed.
