Thanks [~dineshchitlangia] to work on this. Hadoop component directories are
created for the distribution which is handled by ozone-dist-layout-stitching.
As none of these components are required I think we can fix it with using
'is.hadoop.component=false'. It also could make the build (a little) faster as
we don't need to copy the jar files in these projects.
