I am sad. But than you very much to check it. 

I checked the pom.xml of the hadoop-project-dist project and not all of the 
steps could be turned off by is.hadoop.component.

In that case I am +1 for this patch. To be honest (from distribution point of 
view) it doesn't matter if it's 'undefined' or 'ozone' (it won't be used 
anyway), but it's definitely less confusing to define the hadoop.component.

My personal (offtopic, sorry to articulate it here) opinion is that we need to 
diverge from the hadoop type of distribution very soon...
