I added [^HDFS-12284-HDFS-13532.012.patch] with the following:
* Tackled [~daryn] comment about the ugi and the connection manager.
* I changed the key to be hostname/principal named; but we still need to figure
if it is needed. So far it only works for us with this for now.
* I also added the HTTP principal part which right now was depending on the NN
one.
For the IPC connections per-instance, we had some work there and [~crh] was
working on some improvements there too.
