Yes, it's more like about the HDDS-443 and not strictly about this jira, but I
agree with [~nandakumar131]
While we can use lambda at some places in the start method, it could be
confusing. The current start is more like a runWithProgressBar. The proposed
interface is more simple and more easy to understand.
