Was thinking through this and the changes were straightforward.
v02 patch:
- The only mandatory setting now is ozone.scm.names.
- BlockClient, Client and DataNode now all fallback to {{ozone.scm.names}}.
Made sure that the port numbers are used correctly everywhere.
- Added numerous unit tests for the various possible configurations.
