[~elgoiri] [~brahmareddy] Thanks for helping with the merge.
I could make webhdfs work in my environment, uploading the patch here for early
review. This patch is not final and needs change, specially after rpc patch is
committed. Please take a look and see if things look fine to you folks.
Also as discussed in previous threads, we can do optimizations to re-use
namenode code, but have kept it simple for now.
